Two Years Later
“Those heels were a terrible idea.” Titus growled from behind her. It sent a shiver down her spine, but especially when the moon was about to be full. But she’d worn the heels on purpose. She wanted her husband, the father of her child, to pick her up and carry her off as though she was a damsel in distress.
It made him feel important and like he had something to do. “I guess I’ll never learn.” She looked back at him with her most come hither stare. “You’ll have to teach me a lesson, Daddy.”
He growled again and threw her over his shoulder. They were only steps away from Mac Tíre. After he’d bitten her into the pack and married her as soon as she could stand up to say her vows, they’d been frequent visitors to the club. It became part of their full moon ritual to visit.
